Your insurance company will pay a professional fee for the procedure to Dr Roche. This means that all the fees below that involve a frenotomy or frenuloplasty will be €100 less than listed below.

FRENULOPLASTY WITH SUTURES
CONSCIOUS SEDATION USED FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN
This is a 4 stage process:
1. An initial consultation with Dr Roche including measurements and photographs.
2. Assessment of oral function and myofunctional work with Kate Roche, Chartered Physiotherapist (2 or 3 Sessions- as required)
+/- Buteyko breathing classes with Louise (Children over 3 years old and Adults)
3. Frenuloplasty under sedation (sedation is optional for adolescents and adults)
4. Post-operative follow up (1 appointment)

Glossary of Terms
Frenotomy is the division of a tie.
Functional Frenuloplasty is the division of a tie and release of sub-mucosal restrictions using CO2 laser (therapist-supported), and suturing of the diamond-shaped surgical site vertically which negates the need for active woundcare.
